The Canada Wolverines have named their team to play the USA Tomahawks in Game 2 of the 2013 Colonial Cup at AA Garthwaite Stadium in Philadelphia this Saturday, August 24.  The Wolverines have made some notable changes to the side that beat USA in Game 1 of the Colonial Cup including the absence of explosive outside backs Adam Timler and Tony Felix, while England based pair McGoff and Robinson rejoin the team.

Canada Wolverines Coach Jamie Lester commented; “I am confident that the team can go down to Philly and upset the USA Tomahawks on their own soil. It’s something we haven’t achieved yet. This will be the biggest challenge the Wolverines have faced in our four year history, and we will need to be at the top of our game to get the win.”

With the series being 4 games it is crucial Canada take a win on US soil.  With the USARL Grand Final on the same day there is no doubt the US fans will be fired up and could prove to be a factor in the contest.  Canada will need to keep their heads and execute their game plan if they are going to upset the World Cup bound Tomahawks on their own soil.
