May 30 saw the inaugural Scandinavian 9’s Rugby League Tournament played in Oslo, Norway. 8 teams from around Europe cam to play and the final featured the German U18’s come up against the London ANZACS who were a joint Australian and New Zealand team of players based in London. The Antipodeans went on to win but not after a bit of a scare from the German youth.
