Awesome video Druzik. Great to see so many people watch the Tomahawks win the Atlantic Cup. It may be a new competition but there’s already a strong rivalry between these three nations.

The awesome thing was that there was a group of like 20 people that flew down from Canada (Not associated with the team, just fans) to see the game. They hears it was being played and so decided to come and watch Canada play and International comp!

      Glad you like the video.

So how can all this be a waste of time daniel because rugby league folk here tell me that the nsw cup is the only thing that counts in their eyes.A gravvy train for incompetent officials and roll on johnny quayle and scrap the nsw cup.

  3. C.T.SANDERS says:

Nsw cup is a load of old boots. It gets no crowds, there’s no tv or media coverage and it’s full of has beens. If the nrl clubs want it let them pay for it.The union crowd are laughing their tits of at the mediocrity of that competition which is a huge embarrassment to the code.Is the nsw cup expanding the game into new horizons daniel?I wouldn’t of thought so and time to scrap it for the good of the game.Super15 doesn’t bother with this sort of nonsense but small things amuse small minds. When i become boss of auckland rugby league it will be scrapped.End of story.Subject close.Move on and talk about international footie because the nsw cup is a gravvy train for bludging officials,a meal ticket for no hopers.

I have been to several NSW cup games where they had decent crowds… the old guard teams like Newtown, Norths, Balmain get very good crowds of 2-3000…. and sorry but the NSW Cup in terms of quality ios still ahead of the Super 15… its why suyper 15 gets sweet FA viewership on TV, in Australia. If you want to compare apples to apples then your Super 15 is up against the NRL… and wee know who wins out there. The Shute shield which is the Union equivalent to the NSW Cup is the basket case with crowds of only 1-200 at best at those games.

You need to get your lines in order there Chris.

  4. C.T.SANDERS says:

Well tell me why the vulcans here in auckland get 26 people per game?

    • druzik says:

I don’t know and that does not concern me, its a clubs internal matter… I am more worried about the global game.

Its just as I don’t worry about the internal dealing of the Sharks.

  5. C.T.SANDERS says:

Super 15 rugby makes money for their game whereas the nsw cup makes no money what so ever.Since 1994 the warriors have lost 60 million dollars for the game here in auckland rugby league because we have had too many pigs around the trough.

    • druzik says:

Sorry but it’s well known that Union is struggling in the south Hemisphere, and there has been huge misgiving in Australia about the expansion to 15 teams. Their next TV contract looks to be smaller. Australia is where the money is to be made in that comp and its not making it.

  6. C.T.SANDERS says:

And super 15 is in 4 countries daniel

  7. C.T.SANDERS says:

Unlike the nsw cup at least they are trying to expand their game. The nsw cup isn’t even played in the australian capital territories because the canberra raiders thinks it’s an inferior competition to the queensland cup
At least the burleigh bears are playing the warriors in a pre-season game and didn’t the burleigh bears beat gb in 1999.
The nsw cup is what i call tunnel vision and no wonder the auckland rugby league have gone into this useless competition that’s an absolute embarrassment to the code.
That’s why the vulcans are known as the dorkland vulcans in these parts.Indeed a circus run by clowns and indeed the laughing stock.

  8. C.T.SANDERS says:

What about argentina in super 15 and where was the follow up when tas sent a autralian army side to argentina in 2005?There was none and why didn’t nz and the brits send a side there as well to back tas up daniel?
