Today I received a wonderful promotional Video from John Slade and Victor Sapozhnikov who, through their Ukrainian friends have done this awesome video clip featuring Ukraine’s Legion XIII club. It is in Russian but great quality and features the sport with Don Drew and TeeJay. I don’t know about you but quality promo material like this is exactly what needs to start getting out there. Enjoy

This is the best piece of Rugby League promotion since the Teena Turner adds of the late 80′s!
It’s makes a change from the boring NRL,Super League and Warriors adds we have become accustomed to over the years which are dull,unimaginative and boring!
John Slade as the Boss of a revamped RLIF!He can sell Rugby league to the Eskimos cas our administrators now couldn’t promote a good feed or run a feahouse!!
This had nothing to do with John … he just passed it on to me.
Maybe,but it’s still a brillant pieceof promotion nevertheless!He(John)has the eye for the unexpected and it captures the heart and soul of Ukraine Rugby League!
Don’t be surprise if we lose him to another sport soon!

The Tina Turner ones were sensationally and the brainchild of the one and only John Quayle about 20 years ago!
It sold our game which became the envy of all!!

Its a great promo … Chris you need to stop being negative for negatives sake against the NRL.
You seem to have a bee in your bonnet about the NRL and so anything they do will always be flawed in your eyes. Its clear you are biased and that you don’t call things as they are.
The Ukie Promo is good as well, but the NRL one is as well.

The NRL is holding the whole game back and it’s not my fault that it’s the truth!
It’s largely thanks to the whole NSW mentality why the game is struggling and time people stood up to them otherwise it’s going to be a long game Daniel!
How do the people in NSW get voted on in the first place as the Queenslanders aren’t that bad to deal with!
At least they listen to the other side of the story and when I rang up Geoff Carr recently he hung up on me!
Time people realised that both Carr and Gallop along with Carter have nothing to offer the International Game and are they helping your cause too Daniel!
They haven’t done the International Game any favours and I can’t help that their promotional gigs are rubbish too!
