Well this is the 9th year they have had it. Originally it was a &s tournament and was the qualification for the World 7s that was held at the SFS. Good to see they at least kept with this despite the W7s going. Cabramatta I think is the "home" of the International 9s these days, Its a nice stadium, the grandstands are under cover and the Corporate box is very nice to pamper the guests. It would be nice to get some proper TV coverage next year, there is easily space for commentators up in the box.

The Leagues club is great too, nice and modern and plush with good facilities. The post tournament presentations were good fun... and having all the players to mis and talk was great. It was nice seeing the Japanese get to meet players like Andrew Walker and Peachy and get to talk with them, Peachy did a big interview with the Japanese RL Captain and President for Bare foot Rugby League which was great to see.

I am getting a few more photos up at http://www.rugbyleagueinternationalscores.com/Photos

yeah was a great tournament. well worth the $5 entry fee.
i think it should be staged at campbelltown stadium next year. they have a white elephant, great little stadium plus their number two field is also world class. it was built for the 2000 olympic athlete training purposes. i dont think its that expensive to hire out either.
